Daniel Fernandez Scholarship
for first- time speaker at a FAAPI Conference

Requirements
- be a fully paid-up Member of any of FAAPI´s associations (at least one- year membership)
- submit a speaker proposal to FAAPI Conference Academic Committee (including biodata, abstract and all other requirements explicitly stated in the Call for Papers)
Once your paper has been accepted by the Academic Committee, you should submit
- the accepted proposal
- a 150-word CV
- mention the FAAPI conferences (if any) you have attended in the last 5 years
- a brief explanation (about 150 words) of how you think you will benefit from attending the FAAPI conference
Send the information to the following emails:

FAAPI Executive Committee will be the one to choose among the proposals submitted and notify applicants of the decision. The following criteria will be considered
when deciding:
o how long the applicant has been a FAAPI’s Association member
o if the applicant has or has not attended previous FAAPI’s conferences in the last 5 years
o how the applicant will
benefit from attending the FAAPI Conference
o
how the applicant plans to replicate the experience among the members of
his/ her local association
After attending the FAAPI Conference, a 250-word report should be sent to FAAPI´s Executive Committee sharing your experience of having attended a FAAPI Conference as a presenter for the first time. FAAPI EC may decide to publish this report on its web or Facebook page.
The scholarship will
cover
- registration to the Conference
- three-day accommodation in a three- star hotel
