I shared this video so that my former students and
colleagues could develop their listening skill and, besides and more important,
to help them perceive the wonderful attitude this great sportsman showed.
His English was described by the journalist as excellent,
and I adhere to his opinion. Dibu speaks an excellent English for international
communication, absolutely intelligible and with natural pacing. His intonation
meant exactly what he intended to transmit and his sounds never interfered with
intelligibility.
There is always someone who finds something to criticize.
This is when my message goes: “Look at life from the positive side and you’ll
have plenty to enjoy.”
This video makes me double happy. I feel proud to perceive
an Argentine footballer speaking English with almost no accent, and his message
shows incredible humbleness.
Maybe some of the listeners could take after him.
Hello again.
Today I'm sharing a new video on PRONUNCIATION MATTERS. This time, I'm presenting an overview of BBC English consonants.
Hope you find the video useful.
Here I add a new video to the series PRONUNCIATION MATTERS.
Hope you find it useful.
Following with the series of videos on PRONUNCIATION MATTERS, I discuss the features of pronunciation we should address according to the learning aim of our students and their proficiency level.
Hope it helps!
It is useful to practise pronunciation using some fun activities.
Here I share a poem which gives lots of food for thought. We can work on pronunciation rules just reading it.
Hope it helps!
