I spoke online for many educationists who participated activily giving the event a great rythm. I thank them dearly for their collaboration, which made my presentation livelier.
Here I add the video for you to watch the presentation.
Hope you find it useful.
Last Thursday, I had the honour of being a guest speaker at the International Conference organized by the Teachers Community Georgia.
It is a real pleasure to see how this teachers community work hard to keep up their professional development. The audience was absolutely respectful and showed great interest in the presentations.
My special thanks to Dr Inga Kharchilava for her invitation.
I'm proud and happy to share the article that I wrote for Perfect 'U' NEWU Magazine.
I love sharing my perspectives on education with the general public all over the world. This time, I have the chance of addressing women in India.
You can read the article here.
Today I had the opportunity to share different perspectives about teachers' role in society. Teachers from all over the world shared our view of the potential teachers have to change the world and turn it into a better place for us all. No matter where the teachers were from, all of us agreed in asserting that passionate teachers can ignite students' will to be better and to develop as human beings.
I has been a great event in which we have all learnt from each other.
Thanks to the organisers for having gathered so many passionate teachers.
Today I was invited as a Guest of Honor, together with Luis Miguel Cardoso, PhD from Portugal to speak about education. My heartfelt thanks to Ms Inga Kharchilava for having thought of me for this event.
My presentation was:
On June 16th I was invited to be a guest speaker at the International
Webinar on “21st Century Challenges in Education” organized by GFC.
My presentation was “Preparing Future-Ready Citizens”
Presenters from all over the world met in a really
enlightening sharing experience.
Thanks Ms Inga Kharchilava, from Georgia, and SM Akkas Ali,
from Bangladesh, for the invitation.
On June 6th I ran a workshop at EMBA (Municipal School of Fine Arts) in San Justo, Santa Fe Province.
Authorities gave me a warm welcome and Luisina Montegrosso
and Mariela Avico, my former students at the Teaching Education Programme and
now my colleagues, made great hosts.
The audience participated enthusiastically in the activities and
we spent a good time together.
At the end of the workshop, the hosts gave me a certificate
issued by the Municipal Mayor, Arq. Nicolás Cuesta, and the Education
Coordinator, Mgter. Mónica Astore. In this certificate they acknowledged my
contribution to education in the frame of UNESCO’s Education for Sustainability
Goals since San Justo Government adheres to UNESCO’s Sustainability Development
Goals included in UN 2030 Agenda.
The hosts gave me a present in the name of EMBA. It was a
notebook made of recycled materials. Another sample of how they care for
sustainability.
Thanks for the experience. It has been actually rewarding
and enriching for me.
I feel really privileged to have been the first guest speaker at this international event organized by International Internship University, IIU Research Centre and Global Community for Education 2023.
It is highly positive to exchange perspectives with educationists from diverse contexts such as Africa, Asia and Europe. I consider it is one of the first steps to take in order to work collaboratively to improve life conditions through education all over the world.
I want to thank especially Dr Peeyush Pandit, Dr Pradipta Mandal and Prof. Nada Ratkovic for the invitation.
Here I share my presentation. Hope you enjoy watching it.
Yesterday I had the pleasure and honour to be a speaker at this enlightening international conference organised by Global Friends Club.
Dr Inga Kharchilava, from Georgia, invited me to be part of this relevant event and I immediately accepted her invitation because I know about the quality of the events Global Friends Club organise.
Here I share my short presentation since we were all asked to use only 5 minutes so that the event took the schedulled time. After listening to all presenters, I can assert that "Brevity is the soul of wit"
You can watch the whole event at: https://youtube.com/watch?v=NV3jUV-QROo&feature=share
Here I just insert my own participation:
Hope you enjoy watching it.
Gracias, gracias, gracias
