Learning can also be fun

Haikus are mood poems which don't use any metaphores or similies.
They create a picture in the reader´s mind as if they were tiny windows into a much wider scene.
They focus on nature and include a "season word" (e.g.rain, snow) to show which time of the year it is.
The author shows the details from which his emotions arise rather than stating how he feels.
We worked on them in the Language and Communication Workshop II.


This is just a hint of what students in the second year at the Translation Programme can do when they work in our Language and Communication Workshop. Congrats!
