Many times we complain about little great efforts we have to make in order to achieve our aims.
I find this video useful to do a listening comprehension activity. It could be used as a follow up activity when we deal with biographies. We would be teaching listening and, most importantly, helping learners reflect upon so many things we can do which we don't value enough.
