I've borowed this statement from someone who knows better than me how to put ideas in words.

"The greater the loyalty of a group toward the group, the greater is the motivation among the members to achieve the goals of the group, and the greater the probability that the group will achieve its goals.”

You might be asking yourselves why on earth I'm including this in the blog... Well, just to have it as our motto during the year. I won't be able to do too much without your participation and you won't be able to improve your skills if I don't provide you with the necessary guidance.
